One of the first questions people ask me is “what does a Local Board member actually do?”

The short answer is “quite a lot,” but the in-depth one gets people’s eyes glazing over. I hope to clear things up a bit through this page. I’ll be uploading my board reports, posting writeups I have put together to help residents understand some of the work we are doing and slowly putting together a resource describing what the job entails.
